Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you will be asked to provide certain information such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address and shipping information. By submitting this information, you confirm that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and true. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service require a subscription ("Subscription"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (the "Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle, unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription at any time either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
Payment
A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You must provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, telephone number and a valid payment method. By submitting this information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method provided. If automatic billing fails to occur for any reason, we may issue an invoice and you will be required to manually make the payment within a certain deadline.
Free Charges
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the subscription fees for any of our services and to institute new or additional fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in fees to give you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. For new Subscriptions, any changes to our subscription fees will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and, for existing Subscriptions, the updated fees may apply starting at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore, we may consider refund requests for Subscriptions on a case-by-case basis. These requests will be evaluated and granted at our discretion.
Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your failure to do so may result in the termination of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
